The Pact

New Era Raffle is a real-money experience. You must be a legal adult in your jurisdiction to participate.

I understand how it works.

Every pool holds exactly 10 slots. The moment the 10th slot fills, the winner is drawn automatically. All 10 participants can meet face-to-face on live camera in a private Watch Room, and the winner is crowned on screen in front of everyone.

I understand where the 23% goes.

70% to the winner. 7% keeps the platform running. The remaining 23% rotates every three months to a real field of service that protects and builds America — doctors, nurses, first responders, sheriff deputies, police officers, firefighters, county workers, teachers, professors, military soldiers, and veterans.

I understand this is not a fraud.

Every payment is processed by Stripe. Every draw is auto-fired by the system when the pool fills — not by a person. Every winner is announced live on camera in front of the other 9 participants. The 23% goes to a real, named charity for the field we're honoring that quarter. Every dollar wired is receipted publicly on our Impact page — you can watch the money move.

I understand my right to request a refund — before the draw fires.

Refunds are only available BEFORE your pool's draw fires. Once the winner is drawn, the prize and charity share are irrevocably paid out — no refunds are possible from that point on. Before the draw, you may cancel any entry from your Dashboard, or if what New Era Raffle promotes turns out to be misrepresented in any way, contact Agiftfromgodtous@gmail.com or call 714·252·3346 and I'll personally process it. Stripe returns funds to your card within 5–10 business days.
